I missed the part about turning them and left them in the oven at 300 for 40 minutes (lower temp, so longer cooking time). I'm always looking for ways to freeze foods so they keep longer.<BR/><BR/>I also wonder if you could somehow substitute in Vermont maple syrup for the corn syrup to give them that nice maple flavor?
