Standing sentinel

Simba takes his rodent patrol duties very seriously, even when he's not outside. Patience and diligence have yet to yield a successful hunt, but if you're patient and diligent, you don't let that deter you. Is there anything as hopeful as a dog?

Thanks for visiting my "Save the Animals blog. I came across your blog by accident. The photo of your dog caught my eye. I have pets on my "Freaks of Nature" blog.

Cheers

He looks very much like my dog, Sophie with the exception of their coloration. What kind of dog is he?

Hi, Barbara, Simba is a pound puppy, which of course puts his pedigree in major question, but we think he's mostly Pomeranian, with some sort of terrier mixed in. What is Sophie? I did notice the resemblance from your picture at WDB! Love the tummy-up view. It's one of Simba's favorite positions too. :o)

Sophie is a Papillon mix. We think the mix is Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and possibly Corgi. She was a pound puppy too!
