For a great barbecue party:

1. Start with a rustic home right on a lake.
2. Set a very longgg table with plastic tablecloths and lots of napkins.
3. Plop some pretty peonies into whatever vase is at hand.
4. Invite lots of friends and family.
   
5. Have one of them stop by Big Fatty's for lots of ribs and chicken.
6. Dig in!
7. Work it off with a paddle and a canoe.
8. Relax and listen to the haunting calls of the loons on the lake.
