The rain FINALLY took a break for a few hours on Friday. It felt like a miracle! There's so much moisture in the ground, you can see the mist in the right side of this picture. The sky was beautiful, as you can see in the picture below, taken at a different exposure. I drove by the park as I was coming home, raced home, grabbed Simba and the camera, and raced back to this little roadside park to see if I could capture it at all.
